Below is a link to a simple example of some of the work that we do integrating a web application written in Adobe Flex with an interface to a D3 database program which is doing all the processing to do with days and dates in given months. This one will allow you to print a calendar for a month of your choosing and will allow you to incorporate a picture from your local drive. Feel free to print the resulting calendar out on your own printer.
